A Royal Worcester porcelain 'Limoges Enamel' decorated plate, dated 1877, the enamel decoration by Thomas John Bott, circular, cobalt blue ground, the centre finely decorated in white enamel with the 'Triumph of Galatea' after Carlo Maratta, otherwise plain, titled by the artist underside and signed 'T.J. Bott Jun. 1877.' together with the impressed factory mark, 26 cm diameter. Condition: Scratches in places, hairline crack to one side. Inconsistencies to blue ground
