A pair of Royal Worcester porcelain figures, shape nos 1440 and 1441, dated 1920 and 1928, each modelled as a classical Bacchic reveller in robes standing against a tree stump on a low circular rockwork base, the male figure with a sceptre across his shoulders, the female figure dancing while holding a tambourine aloft, the skin and hair glazed in ivory, the drapery, attributes, and bases gilt, impressed and printed factory marks underside, 25 cm and 24 cm high. Condition: wear to gilding in places
