A 19th century German walnut bombe bureau bookcase, the top with swan neck pediment, burr walnut veneer on paneled doors and pediment, the interior with scalloped shelf, the drop front bureau with inlaid decoration, the interior with drawers and pigeon holes, the base with three full-width drawers, elaborate brass handles and key hole escutcheons, raised on bun feet. This piece has been modified over time and comes with six small drawers that would have been part of the fitted interior. Old damage so requires attention. 105 x 60 x 221 cm.
