Len Castle tenmoku tall jug black glaze with dark red / brown highlights at the edges. Impressed potter's mark. Height 20 cm. Provenance: from the estate collection of the Auckland potters Ennis and Joyce Oliver. Note: this jug of a similar design to those of the Leach Pottery standard ware, where Len studied and worked from 1955-1957.
