Mirek Smisek, Large and impressive pedestal bowl, stoneware with salt glaze in blue, green and brown tones, applied petal decoration to the rim, metal hanging fittings to the foot, original label affixed to the underside rim, 15 x 60 x 60 cm, By repute, this bowl is one of a pair – the second was gifted to President Vaclav Havel (1936 – 2011) of the Czech Republic.
