A Victorian mahogany bedside cabinet by Holland & Sons, the rectangular top above a frieze flanked by acanthus carved bosses, having a cupboard above two drawers forming leather lined steps flanked by moulded uprights on a plinth base, with paper label for George V 'Private Property' inside cupboard. Height 86 cm, width 51 cm, depth 50 cm, other notes: the firm Holland & Sons (1843 - 1942) was granted a Royal warrant by Queen Victoria and supplied many pieces of furniture for Royal residence including Osborne house, Balmoral, Sandringham and Marlborough house.
