An early Victorian sterling silver rococo Chinoiserie teaset, 1840 London, with maker's mark for Charles Gordon the superb and heavy gauge rococo style 3-piece Chinoiserie set, finely repousse and chased, the sides featuring Oriental scenes with pagodas and figure, the teapot finial with a Chinaman finial, each with naturalistic handles, raised on scroll feet with masks and marked to the underside.
