A Chinese carved Tielimu armchair, Zhejiang province, late Qing the openwork armrest and back carved with scrollwork enclosing butterfly, ruyi, and twin flower heads, the back splat inset with a relief carved panel depicting a crane on a fruiting peach branch, to a rectangular two plank panelled seat and waisted apron with raised key-fret design continuing from the beaded edge, raised on square section beaded legs joined by box stretchers and terminating in scroll-form feet.
