A circa 1800 Chinese export Fitzhugh cider jug, the lid with foo dog finial, over-lapping ribbon strap handle, sparrow beak spout with pierced strainer, decorated with Nanking border around the top edge and to the lid, chrysanthemums and precious objects to the body. Restoration to the finial, spout and handle, height 25.5 cm.
