A rare Worcester porcelain teapot and cover, painted with an unusual puce sunburst border and flowers and butterflies. English circa 1760, unmarked. Provenance: The Shand Kidd Collection, sold Sotheby's London, 15 November 1994, lot 201. The R David Butti Collection, no 184. sold Bonham's London, 10 May, 2006, lot 56. Albert Amor Ltd London 08/05/2021 (3,800 pounds). Robert Burke collection. Reference: A similar example with plain knop sold Albert Amor Autumn 2013 no 53. 12 cm high, 18.8 cm wide across the faceted spout and handle, diameter 12 cm at its widest and 7.2 cm at its base
