Judith Leiber New York, two vintage shoulder handbags, circa 1970, one comprising a tan snake skin clutch with a detachable shoulder strap and gold tone hardware, together with a white lizard skin leather clutch with a monkey face clasp in gold tone hardware. Provenance: Property from the Collection of the Late Dinah Krongold, OTHER NOTES, After the war, Judith Leiber worked for a range of handbag brands. After many years of experience, she finally started her own handbag company in 1963. Over the years, Judith Leiber handbags have been a huge hit. More recently her eclectic and quirky novelty clutches have been very popular with many celebrities, Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, Sienna Miller, and Jennifer Lopez.
