A large Chinese blue and white porcelain centre bowl, 20th century the circular bowl with an everted scalloped rim, underglaze painted to the interior with a large medallion enclosing a qilin standing beneath blossoming flowers, encircled at the well by stylised scrolls, the broad flaring rim with six large flower sprays and trialing foliage, the exterior with six further flower heads and dense foliage, unmarked. Height 9.5 cm, diameter 46 cm
