18ct white gold ruby & diamond cluster ring. Four claw set with oval Burmese ruby surrounded by 26 bead set round brilliant cut diamonds with milgrain finish to inner and outer sides of cluster and with a further 56 diamonds to underrail and shoulders. Ruby accompanied by GIA report stating size approx. 12.99ct - origin Burma, and no evidence of heat treatment. Diamonds (82) total 1.21ct (W10.05g)
