A matching William IV and Victorian sterling silver four piece tea service, London, 1835 and 1881, various makers including Edward, Edward Jnr, John & William Barnard, and; Johnson, Walker & Tolhurst, London 1881, comprising a melon shaped teapot and hot water pot, sugar basin and milk jug, each decorated with acanthus leaves in relief; the teapot bears a presentation inscription to Phillip Wray, 1836, crisply hallmarked underside, hot water pot 35 cm high, total weight of silver 2360gms.
