Stainless steel Cartier Santos 100 Xl gents wristwatch. Model reference 2656. Cartier calibre; Cartier 049. Stainless steel 38 mm x 51 mm case measurement. White dial with black Roman numeral hour markers and sword hands. Curved sapphire crystal. Crocodile strap with deployment clasp. Cartier box and booklet - no warranty card. In working order. 'The Santos model was created in 1904 at the request of its name sake, Alberto Santos-Dumont, who was an aviator and wanted a watch he could wear on his wrist while flying, instead of a pocket watch. Cartier marked a century of the Santos with the introduction of the Santos 100, a new larger version of the classic Santos. This particular model is in stainless steel with the dial featuring luminous sword hands and the Cartier secret signature at 7 o'clock.'
