An exceptional George III provincial sterling silver centerpiece fruit bowl, 1769 Newcastle, with maker's mark for John Langlands I the neoclassical bowl with a pierced body and pedestal foot base with two ram's mask handles, fluted to the base, with vertically pierced sides, lavishly decorated with swags and flower heads encircling the body, initialed to cartouche and marked to the underside.
