Three Japanese Imari plates, Meiji period, late 19th century. The three porcelain plates in typical the Imari palette, comprising two with scalloped edges, one decorated with central flower bouquet roundel surrounded by reserves to the border with flora and flower baskets, the larger one octagonal with a flower vase roundel to the well with border of floral sprays on cobalt blue and iron red ground, all 3 decorated to the exterior in underglaze blue with lotus flowers or symbols.
