Dial: gold, raised Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial at 6, engraved foliate decoration to edge, the centre engraved architectural scene with conversing figures in foreground. Movement: gilt full plate English fusee rack lever, engraved balance cock, no. 2923. Case: circular engine-turned case with foliate engraved bezels, foliate engraved bow dimensions: 53 mm diameter. Signed: movement. Accessories: keys. Condition: dial: light surface scratches throughout, some tarnish marks. Hands: good. Glass: light surface scratches. Case: wear to engine-turn detail, chased decorations good, condition commensurate with age and careful use. Movement: appears to be complete, not running, fully wound, chain intact.
