19th century carved wooden Santos figure group, depicting Mary mother of Christ with the Infant Christ child, his right hand raised in blessing, Mary's left hand is outstretched elevating a figure above carved depictions of the damned amongst beasts and serpents, with gesso and polychrome accents, most probably of Philippines origin, a/f (age cracks, losses to paintwork), height 53 cm
