A large Bohemian white overlay ruby glass portrait bowl, 19th century, the fine circular bowl with a raised oval panel to the front painted with the portrait bust of a classical beauty within a gilt edged shaped reserve, surrounded by slice cuts to the slightly everted upper body and waisted lower body, with gilt dots to the white overlay ground. Height 18 cm, diameter: 22.5 cm
