A Royal Worcester highland cattle painted small pot pourri by E. Townsend of ovoid form, shape H169A, moulded and gilded classical decoration at the shoulder and encircling the short neck, dividing the jar's exterior into four panels, one of which is painted with two highland cattle at a loch edge with misty hills in the background, the rear typically painted with a rock and heather vignette, the cover leaf pierced. Black mark for post 1958. Note; factory cover rim small chip gilded over during manufacture. Height 16 cm
