A lavish Royal Crown Derby covered vase, Royal Crown Derby, date cypher for 1898 of compressed oval form with ornate moulded openwork vegetal handles, a domed lid with a pierced scrolled finial and raised on a moulded pedestal base, with finely hand painted floral bunches and sprigs in colours framed by patterns and motifs upon a green patterned ground, with backstamps to the underside and lid.
