St. Kilda: 1959 Member's Season Ticket (#264), with Fixture List, details of the Club Leadership & holes punched for each game attended; issued in the name of R.G.W. Moss; additionally handstamped 'Complimentary'. Accompanied by two additional tickets: a Scholar's Ticket (#1652) issued in the name of Marian Moss; and a Donor Card (#5) issued in the name of R.G. Moss. (3 items). A unique trio. Although finishing 8th in 1959 with 9 wins and 9 losses, St. Kilda full-back Verdun Howell won the 1959 Brownlow Medal, tieing with Bob Skilton in the Brownlow Medal count. At the time, Skilton was awarded the medal on count-back. The League later decided to award a Brownlow Medal to any player who was eligible to win who tied on the same number of votes as a winner who won on count-back ' with Howell receiving the Brownlow retrospectively.
