Various items on the menu have been amusingly named to honour some of the Carlton team members including 'Lamb Cutlets a la Bell' (D.Bell, Carlton President 1912-13), 'Carrots a la Gardiner' (Vin Gardiner, 1907-17), 'Parsnips a la Clarke' (Player and Coach, 1905 - 22), etc.
