A 19th century Scottish Seaton Pottery majolica wedding barrel, lustrous sponge glazed, the raised shield panel detailed 'Mrs Wyness 1891', the lid with knop handle. Some chipping to top edge, height 24 cm. Provenance: Gifted by Scottish mother-in-law to her daughter in law upon her wedding. Then by family descent, then to our vendor.
