Bruce Martin (Kamaka Pottery, Hastings) large studio pottery vase, the ovoid with incised saltire band at the shoulder, anagama wood fired, variable light to dark glaze effects, evidence of being fired on its side. Incised artist's mark, New Zealand and dated '89 under the base. Fine horizontal firing crack inside the neck, height 36.5 cm.
