Twin ornate scrolled handles, a stepped top section with floral garland borders, bold gadrooned bowl, terminating in a floral garland border, decorative folate legs, having scrolled feet, sitting on a concave stepped base, with multi gadrooned finish and floral garland borders, with scalloped bun feet.
