Impressive Chinese carved ivory figure group, depicting a rocky outcrop set beside a large finely modelled coconut tree, complete with fronds, fruit and textured trunk, the rocky outcrop surmounted with a bird and foliate fronds, set above depictions of protruding fungi, a/f (fronds in need of re-attachment, some minor breaks to areas), height 36 cm, the whole resting on a pierced circular Chinese stand with matched oversize glass dome (2).
