A 3 piece book set of the property from the private Colleciton & the public collection of the Duke & Duchess of Windsor. The auction was held at Sothebys in September 1997. The three volume catalogue contains over 1200 pages and 2000 illistrations, articles by noted writers and auciton info. The auction raised over $23,000,000 more than three times the high estimate with all net proceeds going to charity. This exquisite set of catalogues houses all lots and information pertianing to the lots on offer at that time. Inside the cover is a post sale price list of prices realised on all lots.
