Poul Kjærholm (Denmark, 1929 - 1980) for Fritz Hansen, an iconic Pk 24 chaise longue, in satin brushed stainless steel and wicker, this is perhaps the designer's most recognizable design, notable for its sensuous curves and organic shape. Inspired by the rococo period and the French chaise longue, Kjærholm labelled it the 'Hammock Chair' to stress that it functions by suspending the body between two points, original manufacturer's mark to underside, 85 x 67 x 155 cm
