18ct two-tone gold, Burmese sapphire and diamond ring/pendant; of cluster design, centring a claw-set oval-cut sapphire weighing 5.25 carats, within a surround of marquise and brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 0.88 carats, with convertible pendant fittings, size K.; accompanied by a Igi coloured stone report numbered S3E93388 dated 23rd November 2012 stating the sapphire is untreated and of Burmese origin.
