Interesting & rare 19th century Cartographical maritime sketch of the Caspian sea area, the sketch including much text queries the positions of various destinations and landmarks on the south-west coast of the Caspian sea. Todays spellings of various places also differ from then for example Tahiran is now Tehran and Korkan is Gorgan. There is no indication as to the artist/writer. 33 x 27 cm.
