Diamond necklace combination, circa 1950s, composite; designed as a stylised swag of ribbons set with marquise, baguette, brilliant-cut and circular-cut diamonds supported from a later platinum wheatsheaf chain completed by a bow shaped box clasp decorated with diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 8.78 carats, mounted in platinum with a 14ct white gold frame, convertible to form a double-clip brooch, a pair of double-clips, or a pair of earrings, inner circumference 435 mm, total gross weight approximately 66 grams.; accompanied by a the Goldsmith & Silversmiths Company Ltd fitted box.
