Diamond brooch, circa 1930, composite; of openwork geometric design, centring a millegrain bezel-set marquise-shaped diamond flanked by two pairs of channel-set baguette diamonds upon a surround of early round brilliant-cut diamonds, single-cut diamonds and square-shaped synthetic rubies, the diamonds together weighing approximately 3.14 carats, mounted in platinum with a 14ct white gold brooch pin, length 40 mm, width 17 mm, total gross weight approximately 9 grams.
