Chinese Qing Dynasty carved ivory card case, of rectangular form with serpentine shaped edging, the body well carved in hollow relief with central shaped cartouche inset with depictions of figures undertaking various tasks amongst pine trees and pagodas, the cover similarly decorated with a shaped cartouche containing assorted foliates, a/f (age cracks and damage to side of cover), 11.5 cm x 7.5 cm x 2 cm, Provenance: The Fred and Elinor Wrobel collection
