A Royal Worcester Sydney international exhibition 1879 dessert plate, Royal Worcester, impressed stamp, circa 1869-1878 hand decorated with Australian wild flowers, with a stylised rope design painted turquoise and gold, one of a series of 12 plates made to commemorate the 1879 Sydney exhibition, decoration attributed to James E Sheriff Jnr who specialised in flowers and grasses, stamped underside.
