A Harlequin set of 12 George III Irish Celtic-Pointed silver table forks, all twelve have the same monogram of a Crown above stylised 'C'. London 1793 (.3 x I'D) (.1 x ') ; 1794 (.3 x J O) and 1795 (.5 x I'D). Makers : John Dalrymple and Jonas (John) Osborne (3). Vendor's provenance: States that the family and silver are direct descendants of Royal Stewart/Stuart blood lines down through the Castle Stewart peerage. This comes down originally from Scotland through Lord Avandale > Lord Stuart of Ochiltrie into Ireland etcirca Other items from the vendor (earlier Irish) show the same crown above the unicorn. 695gm.
