Victorian 18ct gold lady's open face pocket watch, interestingly signed 'Arnold Frodsham, London', number 13049, 38 mm case, hallmarked London 1845 engine-turned back cover with shield cartouche with engraved crest: a stag's head erased, engraved chevron pattern band. Gilt dial with chevron pattern centre, Roman chapter ring and minute indices, blued steel hands. Keywind, fusee lever movement signed Arnold Frodsham, 84 Strand, London, 13049. 44gm Charles Frodsham bought the business of John Roger Arnold on his death in 1843.
