An 18ct gold, early 19th century skeletonized gold automaton watch, 55 mm diameter case and with verge fusee movement quarter repeating on two gongs, the skeletonized display of two classical figures in bi-colour gold who strike two silver bells, the repeat activated by depressing the pendant, a small white enamel chapter ring marked with hours in Arabic numerals. The open-faced case with engine turned back and finely fluted walls, the sprung hinged gilt curvette engraved Breguet & fils. Circa 1820. Glass replaced with perspex.
