William IV period silver open face pocket watch by Scott, Dublin, number 270. 53 mm case hallmarked Chester 1836 by Richard Lucas, case maker, Cheapside, Liverpool. Good rack lever escapement, fusee, signed Scott, Dublin and numbered 270. Serpent engraved cock marked Patent PL (Peter Litherland). Off white enamel dial with fine Roman numerals, minute indices, 15 second count subsidiary dial. Very faint hairline.
