An impressive ormolu and Sevres style porcelain mantel clock and candelabra garniture, the movement stamped 'Japy Freres & Cie', circa 1880, in Louis XV style, the decorated dial and eight day bell count wheel strike movement set within a vasiform bleu celeste glazed porcelain body capped with an ormolu group of birds resting on flowers and with lion mask ring handles to the sides, the whole mounted on a classical platform base with a pair of putti figures supporting a floral swag, the conforming candelabra each of six lights on scrolling arms raised on a porcelain vasiform body and ormolu foot, each body decorated to the front with an eighteenth century style scene of a courting couple and to the reverse with a landscape, the clock 64 cm high, 49 cm wide, 18 cm deep, the candelabra 67 cm high, 34 cm wide
