14ct white gold, leaf shaped diamond and sapphire cluster ring. The cluster is slightly domed in shape and diamonds are set into three claws each. The sapphires are claw set and openly forming a sem circular outer detail. 13 x marquise cut sapphires are estimated to total .50cts and 16 x round brilliant cut diamonds = .50ct of G-H colour, VS1-VS2 clarity.
