Pre-European patu onewa (stone hand club), basalt short hand club, spatulate shape reducing to the grip, three concentric grooves to the butt. Mid and upper section is lacquered. Countersunk suspension hole. Chip to the butt, some fritting to the blade, 30 cm length.
