A French Art Deco onyx and spelter panther clock, Chartier Marcus, Paris, circa 1930s the stepped rectangular two tone onyx fronted clock facade housing a rectangular dial with Arabic numerals and chromed surround, mottled brown marble back, raised on two square black marble feet, surmounted by the spelter figure of a walking panther in lustrous chocolate colours, the movement stamped 'Chartier Marcus, fini Paris', with key and pendulum.
