A rare Art Deco Ferdinand Preiss bronze and ivory figure 'Female tennis player', she wears a cold painted gold tennis dress and shoes, standing poised for a back hand shot. On green and black onyx base, signed to the black section and with impressed foundry mark Pk for Preiss-Kassler to the player's skirt. C1925. Height 23 cm.
