A Cambodian presentation silver cutlery set, 1960s, Forty-eight piece set with intricately cast and chased scrolling foliate work to the handles, comprising twelve knives, twelve forks, twelve desert spoons and twelve teaspoons 1,882g (excluding the steel bladed knives). Each marked 'Paong 900', the forks 21 cm long, spoons 21 cm long, the knives 24 cm long, teaspoons 15 cm long. Provenance: given by the Cambodian Government to the French head of a UN mission in the 1960s, and thence by descent through the family,
