An early Victorian silver coffee pot, the squat baluster form body engraved with a band of foliate and floral work, one vacant cartouche and one engraved with a crest, the hinged lid with similar engraving and turban finial, ivory filets to the scrolling handle, and on plain circular foot, John and Henry Lias, London 1845. Handle and cover hallmarked. Height 23 cm, weight 861 gm.
