A German pierced porcelain tazza on a WMF columnar base, WMF, ostrich mark in dashed arch, used for holloware export 1900-1920, the fine shallow bowl with a pierced surround, decorated with a green band and gilt accents, upon a fluted column and square stepped base with anthemion and beaded borders, marked to the side.
