A vintage Italian Richard Ginori urn shaped vase as lamp base, circa 1960s. Baluster shaped, the collar and neck fluted, the high arched handles with applied gilded masks, decorated to the front in mulberry enamel with figures in an Italianate rural landscape, between gilded and sky blue bands, all standing on a fluted socle mounted on a high square based plinth, bearing the Richard Ginori stamp to the underside., the lamp shown with a pleated cornflower blue silk lamp shade suggestion.
