A Chinese Blue-Overlay white glass snuff bottle; Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), 19th century; of small proportions in opaque white glass, with very finely carved blue glass overlay with a design of plum blossom emerging from naturalistic branches to each side. Together with a yellow hardstone stopper. The bottle 4.25 cm high, 3.5 cm wide; Provenance: The Crowle collection, Northern New South Wales.
